"Had insurance with them for 6 months, one day I get a call from my bank asking if I switched insurance so I call my agent up there and was informed that my insurance wasnt wrote up correctly so they cancelled it, with NO notice! So he says he can re isssue my insurance and that it will go up from $116 to $163, so I said of course, inhave tonhave insurance! Fast forward 2 months later and my bank calls and with the same question, so again i call them and ask why my policy was cancelled! No answer other then they cant cover this vehicle! This is a box truck mind you thats used for storage and only has insurance because of a loan. This is the best part, they still draft my account for $10 every month, even the months the didn't provide insurance, and will not refund me! Just my personal experience, but I would beware of risking an incident with this company, who knows if you actually have coverage! *EDIT TO REPLY* THERE WERE NO PHONE CALLS/TEXT/EMAIL stating they needed more info either time before cancellation. They did mail something. But I feel that when 100% of communication is between text on the buisness line and email for a year, that there would be some communication before cancellation of policy on a commercial vehicle. This is strictly in informal review, of my experience. Take it how your want."

It appears there was some miscommunication somewhere, because we show letters and multiple phone calls to you in regard to additional information needed on your box truck to avoid cancellation. We will always apologize for any negative experience from any customer and do our best to make it right, but we wish you nothing but the best going forward with your new insurance company!"

We are sorry State Farm had to non-renew your insurance, but this was a State Farm decision and had nothing to do with our office or our customer service, so it is disheartening to get a 1-star review for something out of our control. Insurance companies look at claim frequency, so 3 claims in a short timeframe is unfortunately going to have an adverse effect on your policies. We wish you the best in the future! "
