"If you're local to Northwest Arkansas, do not get a quote from State farm at all! It apparently routes you over to this insurance agency and they will literally call you non-freaking stop. I get probably five phone calls a day and I'm so over it. I finally have one day where I get to sleep in and I didn't even get home from work until about 2:00 in the morning. And yep, sure enough 8:00 a.m. My phone is ringing because of this guy. I'm basically at the point of this being harassment and if I get another phone call I'm calling the cops. It is that bad. This is absolutely ridiculous. All I did was fill out to get a quote online. I got a quote online because I didn't want to freaking talk to somebody. I filled out a quote on the State farm website and I'm getting harassed by the local agent. It is absolutely disgusting. Do not ever try to get a quote from State farm."

He patiently explained why my rates didn’t drop just because my car doesn't have racing stripes, and didn’t flinch when I tried to ask if liability covers spilled coffee in the cup holder. Noah deserves an award for best comedic timing during claim questions, especially when I asked if “acts of dog” were covered. I'm a senior so I asked the young man who took me into his office, be gentle with me, i'm a senior. I've made light of my experience but in all actually going State farm is the best decision to make. Everyone was so very helpful. They saved me a good chunk of change. And they listened to a funny old woman. They were patient with my explanations. Really listened to me. And I can call in to pay my insurance, not go on a site to "talk to a computer". I know this review is somewhat off the wall but in all truth, they have the golden handcuffs. This was the best experience I've ever had getting insurance. And besides all those perks, I got a T-shirt that says Jake Gray. (This agency is my Hake from Statefarm) Look past the humor and see, im not an AI, great experience and they are who I think you should go with for insurance."
